Returns & Exchanges Policy

When your order arrives, please check:

  • Whether there are any damages or defects in the product
  • Whether the items match your order details

📌 Please inspect your items as soon as possible upon arrival.
If there are any issues, let us know within 7 days.

Returns and Exchanges Due to Change Of Mind
  • Please note that all sales are final.
  • We currently do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
  • Orenji World reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests at our discretion.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

  1. Product name
  2. Quantity
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Photo of the issue

We will get back to you once we’ve reviewed your request.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and any included gifts

We are unable to accept returns of used, damaged, or incomplete products

If a replacement is unavailable (e.g. limited edition sold out), a refund may be issued instead

Shipping Fees

For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us

For other cases (if accepted), customers are responsible for return shipping fees

🍀 Additional Notes

Please note that slight color or print variations may occur due to monitor settings or handcrafting processes. These are not considered defects.

📦 If a Package is Returned Without Being Received

If your order is returned to us after shipment due to reasons such as:

  • Refusal to receive
  • Failure to collect from the post office within the holding period
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
  • Other customer-related issues

We will notify you via the email address you provided at checkout.
If you wish to have the item reshipped, please reply to our email within one month.

Please note that reshipping will incur additional postage, which will be paid by the customer.

If we do not receive a response within one month, the order will be considered canceled. In this case, the following fees will be deducted from your payment before issuing a refund (if applicable):

  • Delivery fee (Even if your original order qualified for free shipping)
  • Return shipping fee, if charged by the courier
  • Handling and service fees, such as:
    • Wrapping costs
    • Transaction fees
    • Other order-related costs
